How much does it cost?
€250 incl. VAT.
Is this a condition report?
No. We assess the layout, light and possibilities for rebuilding and furnishing. The technical condition is covered by the condition report (tilstandsrapport) from a surveyor.
Can the check be done remotely?
Yes. We can go through the listing and floor plan by video if you can’t make a viewing together.
