This policy explains what personal data we collect on archsushko.com, why, and what rights you have.
Data controller
ARCH SUSHKO, org. no. 927 881 799, Oslo, Norway. Email: olga@archsushko.com
The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number (if you give it), details about your project (type, area, location, budget and preferred start) and your message.
The data is sent to us by email and is used only to reply to you and make an offer. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The form is not stored on the website.
To stop spam, the site limits how many messages can be sent from the same IP address. For this the IP address is kept in coded form for one hour. We use no third-party service for this.
We delete enquiries that do not lead to an assignment within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as the assignment lasts, and accounting records for 5 years as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are visited. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which are stored for up to 2 years. They are set only if you accept in the banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookies” at the bottom of the page.
Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) for one year so we don’t ask on every page. It is not sent to us.
Third parties
- Google Ireland Ltd. provides Google Analytics. Data may be transferred to the USA, which is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our web host runs the website and sends the email from the contact form.
- The Messenger button opens Facebook Messenger (Meta). Meta receives data only if you click the button.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You can also object to the processing and ask to receive your data. Send us an email and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
